Use one pack of cards.
Shuffle and deal out three rows of three cards, all facing up, to form nine working spaces.
Place the remaining forty-three cards faced down in a pile to create the stock.
To remove all of the cards from the stock.
Remove any pair of cards where the total adds up to 11.
Jacks, Queens and Kings are removed together as a set.
Replace empty working spaces with cards from the stock.
