Use one pack of cards.
Shuffle and deal out seven rows of faced up cards. The first row contains one card, the second two, the third three and so on. Each row of cards should center on the previous row to form a pyramid shape.
Place the remaining twenty-four cards faced down in a pile to create the stock.
To remove all of the cards from the pyramid.
Remove any pair of cards from the pyramid or the top of the discard pile where the total adds up to 13. Jacks have a value of 11 and Queens have a value of 12. Kings are removed on their own.
Turn over one card at a time from the stock to the discard pile. The stock can only be dealt through three times.
