Shuffle and deal out all 52 cards, facing down, to create eight working stacks. The leftmost four stacks have seven cards each and the remainder have six cards each.
To move all of the cards to the foundations.
Foundations are built up by suit from Ace to King.
Working stacks are built down by alternate color.
Only one card at a time can be moved between working stacks.
Empty spaces can be filled by any card.
Any card can be placed on a free cell. Cells may only contain one card each.
As a shortcut, a sequence of cards can be moved between working stacks if the are enough empty cells for the extra cards. For example, if there are two empty cells, then a sequence of up to three cards can be moved.
Note: These rules are for the game Freecell as implemented by RikkiGame's "Solitaire Suite". Other rules for variations of this game may exist.
